Fulfillment
Fulfillment times vary based on demand. An estimated fulfillment time can be found at the top of every page of our website. This is the time between the order being placed and the order being shipped, not the order arriving at its destination. Some items may ship separately.
Order cancellation + modification
An order can only be cancelled or modified if it has not yet been sent to production. The time period for this varies depending on demand.
Damaged or incorrect product
A replacement will be offered if the problem is reported via email, along with photographic evidence, with the printed label or design visible, within 30 days of product delivery.
Returns + exchanges
Since items are printed to order, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
