RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

The return/replacement policy for orders placed with That Gay Guy Candle Co. is as follows: A replacement or store credit will be issued for a physical item if the item received is proven to be damaged and/or defective, or shipped in error.  For an item to be eligible for a replacement or store credit, That Gay Guy Candle Co. must receive documented proof of purchase and photographic proof of the damaged and/or defective item within 30 days of the date of delivery. Replacement/store credit requests must be sent to thatgayguy@thatgayguycandlecompany.com. That Gay Gay Guy Candle Co. does not issue refunds or accept returned candles. Gift cards are excluded from this policy and are not eligible for return and/or exchange and cannot be replaced if lost. Gift cards do not expire.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of the order being placed. We are unable to make changes to orders.
